V: As práticas de meditação foram fundamentais. Eu não poderia ter completado a dieta ProLon sem ele. Gostei de cada refeição e adorei tanto as sopas, as barras e os biscoitos. Os ingredientes da dieta que imitam o jejum são saudáveis. Se tivermos plena consciência do nosso corpo e o respeitarmos e satisfazermos da maneira correta, poderemos ter total controle da nossa mente também.
P: Como você lidou com sua primeira experiência com a dieta ProLon?
V: Foi um verdadeiro retiro de 5 dias, fiz práticas de meditação de manhã e à noite e ainda antes e durante as refeições. Durante a semana, as minhas práticas de meditação são sempre bastante curtas porque não tenho muito tempo livre mas sempre reservo esses 10/15 minutos para mim. Pude viver estes 5 dias em plena tranquilidade e consciência.
